From the end of a supernatural saga with Twilight: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 to the beginning of one of the most popular movie franchises ever created with The Avengers, movie fans are about to take a trip down memory lane and, perhaps, get some inspiration for their next movie night with these films from 2012.
The Hunger Games
Based on the Suzanne Collins novel of the same name, Jennifer Lawrence brought the character of Katniss Everdeen to life in the first Hunger Games film.
Stepping into the arena as a tribute for the 74th Hunger Games, fans watched as Katniss began to rebel against the capital, refusing to be the last person standing. The franchise would go on to make three more films, all based on the dystopian book series.
Skyfall
Daniel Craig was back in action as 007 James Bond in the epic film Skyfall. In 2012, Bond fans watched as the secret organization known as M16 was exposed, attacked, and agents began to run and hide as they were attacked from all sides.
